岗位职责： 规划、设计并实施新的MIM生产线，从最初的概念阶段到最终的调试和全面启动。 为多项询单提供技术评估和支持，推动新MIM产品和技术项目的开发，确保项目按时按质完成。 提供端到端的自动化解决方案支持，为公司内的所有实体提供技术指导，优化生产效率。 建立并发展高效的生产能力，确保MIM产品生产的质量和产量达到行业领先水平。 与研发、生产和其他部门紧密合作，优化生产流程并提高效率。 任职要求： 本科或以上学历，机械工程、材料科学、工业工程或相关专业。 至少五年在金属注射成型（MIM）或类似制造领域的经验，有管理生产线建立和自动化项目的成功记录者优先。 熟悉金属注射成型技术、生产自动化工具和系统，具备建立及调试生产线的能力。 优秀的项目管理能力，能够领导团队并有效地与各级利益相关者沟通。 具备解决复杂技术问题的创新思维，能够在快节奏的工作环境中迅速提出有效的解决方案。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
