For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com . 🚨 We're Hiring:  Analyst FP&A-2 📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position Job Description   As a member of Financial Planning and Analysis group the candidate will support the corporate team for the area of responsibility.  The role will be based in our office in Hyderabad, India. The primary objectives of this position include providing support for financial decision making, preparing monthly reporting/analysis of financial results, explaining variances to plan and trend, and own the annual plan and monthly forecasting output for the global G&A Functions. The incumbent will research drivers of variances to the financial goals of the team and update the forecast with corrective action plans to achieve the plan targets.  The individual in the role will also be responsible for G&A expense reporting and forecast for the region/team of support. This role requires strong analytical and judgment skills, operational-driven mindset in addition to experience working with large sets of data. Drive continuous process improvements to drive efficiencies in the existing reporting and share and implement best practices from other engagements. Support performance measurement and productivity enhancement initiatives within the team and in the business. Work with the Manager FP&A on defining & measuring the team objectives and structured learning path. Build and direct a team of robust individuals who can handle the BU as well as Transformation initiatives.
