What You’ll Be Doing: • Oversee the strategic evaluation of groundbreaking technologies, ensuring their potential is fully harnessed in our product designs. • Lead the mechanical elements in design and development of products, setting a standard for innovation and aesthetic excellence. • Serve as a key customer interface, adeptly translating intricate customer needs into product features and building enduring customer relationships. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a portfolio showcasing innovative product design from concept to production and leadership experience, particularly in high-volume markets and/or motion systems • Extensive expertise in mechanical design principles, product development, and technology integration. •Must be able to provide mentorship as the subject matter expert in mechanical engineering to the other mechanical engineers while being an individual contributor. • Strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and modern design methodologies. • Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills Bonus Points If You Have: • Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Experience with patents, publications, leadership roles in mechanical design, or strategic business acumen.
