Join Our Team as a Tool & Die Technician at Johnson Electric! Location: Ancaster, Ontario, Canada (onsite)   Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: As our next Tool & Die Technician , you’ll be instrumental in preparing tooling and tool rigs for production use. You’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts at low cost and on time, while contributing to continuous improvement and technical support across the division. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare tooling and tool rigs for production Solve operational problems and implement process improvements Provide technical support to employees and equipment Communicate effectively across shifts and teams Participate in training and development of new technicians Support continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies (IATF 16949 & ISO 14001) Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Ontario Trade Certificate as a Tool & Die Maker Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility Experience with powder metal tooling (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills High integrity, dependability, and results orientation Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in a climate-variable manufacturing environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you!
