More about our team: Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla Mo, is a full-service 18 bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. What we're looking for:   We are looking for a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! What will you do in this role: Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire Why join us: We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
