These solutions include cleaning chemicals, equipment, digital technologies and value-added services that enable customers to build a cleaner, safer and more sustainable world.  We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to develop and execute growth initiatives. Preferred candidates will be located in the vicinity of Dallas, TX. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Strategic Planning & Market Development • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales & Revenue Generation • Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies. • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client insights and market trends. • Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in Salesforce.com. • Track and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts. • Analyze performance data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
