WHAT YOU'LL DO: Based in Canmore or Banff, the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering hygiene and cleaning solutions across assigned accounts in the region. This role combines business development, account management, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Candidates will need to be currently located in the vicinity of Banff/Canmore BC. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Canmore/Banff territory Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed within territory Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, retirement savings) Company vehicle Ongoing training and professional development opportunities The chance to be part of a global leader in sustainability and innovation #LI-DS1 #remote WHY JOIN US: At Diversey, A Solenis Company, sustainability isn’t just a corporate value — it’s a way of life.
