Job Summary: Project Manager HWA SUN(JIANGMEN)CO.,LTD. was founded in 1984. We specialize in designing, manufacturing and marketing of ceramic products for building and decoration applications. Our main products include porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, ceramic wares and tableware, which are widely used in residential and commercial buildings. In order to support our rapid growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Project Manager. Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions; - Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; - Monitor progress against project plans and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets; - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to projects; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers; - Manage communication with all stakeholders throughout the duration of the project; - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; - Conduct regular meetings with project teams to discuss status updates, address concerns, and make decisions. Job Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant field; - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development; - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; - Excellent organizational and time management skills; - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word; - Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy; - Experience with project management software such as Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
