岗位职责： 与业务单元讨论LOR(List Of Requirements)后，能够设计多种类型的绕线机，包括单极（1/2/4极）绕线机、定子内外绕线机以及无芯绕线机。 利用历史和实时设备数据开发绕线模块。 提升和修改绕线机的PPM和停机时间。 熟悉各种类型的传感器/传感器及其应用。 了解追溯系统，包括条形码、RFID等。 能够独立工作，并与内部/外部各方沟通。 将人工智能应用于机械设计，以缩短设计周期。 能为新型绕线平台提出建议。 任职要求： 大专或以上学历，机械工程或机电一体化等相关类专业 5年或以上绕线机开发相关经验 熟悉转盘、拾放臂、送料器、SCARA及六轴机器人的特性及应用，并具备在绕线生产线中选择和应用它们的经验 具备使用伺服电机、滚珠丝杠、线性导轨设计传动机构、拾取与放置、X-Y平台的经验 熟悉各种传感器/传感器的原理和应用 能利用历史和实时设备数据开发模块 能将人工智能应用于机械设计以缩短设计周期     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
