Sie übernehmen die Fertigung und Reparatur von Werkzeugen, Montagevorrichtungen und Hilfseinrichtungen für den Motoren- und Getriebebau. Außerdem fertigen Sie Prototypen für Neuentwicklungen und Muster für Kundenaufträge. Dabei arbeiten Sie effizient und termingerecht in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team, um hohe Qualität sicherzustellen. Ihre Aufgaben: Herstellung und Reparatur von Werkzeugen, Montagevorrichtungen, Hilfsvorrichtungen für den Motoren- und Getriebebau Prototypenbau für Neuentwicklungen sowie Musterfertigung für Kundenaufträge Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung von Aufträgen und Kommunikation bei Engpässen Einhaltung von Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Werkstattbereich Verantwortung für die Funktionstüchtigkeit und Sicherheit des Maschinenparks Ihr Profil: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung in CNC-Technik Fräsen und Drehen und CAM-Programmierung im Bereich Fräsen Erfahrung in konventioneller Maschinentechnik - Drehen, Fräsen, Flachschleifen, Bohren Fachübergreifendes Denken und Handeln sowie strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise Berufserfahrung von 2–3 Jahren in einer ähnlichen Position wünschenswert Wir bieten: Attraktives Paket aus Gehalt und Bonus, 30 Tage Urlaub, Job Bike etc. Interessante, abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben Eine langfristige Perspektive Flache Hierarchien und ein offenes Arbeitsklima Kollegiales Miteinander und regelmäßige Mitarbeiterevents Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
