Over ons Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandige en betrouwbare freelance administratief ondersteuner die ons team twee dagen per week kan versterken. Je helpt ons bij het soepel laten verlopen van administratieve processen en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Dit is een ideale rol voor iemand die flexibel, georganiseerd en proactief is. Wat ga je doen? Ondersteunen bij algemene administratieve taken en procesbeheer Verwerken en bijhouden van documenten, gegevens en rapportages Ondersteuning bieden bij agendabeheer en planning Communicatie met interne teams en externe partners waar nodig Proactief meedenken over efficiëntieverbeteringen in administratieve processen Wie jij bent Ervaren in administratieve ondersteuning of office management Zeer goed georganiseerd en nauwkeurig Proactief en zelfstandig, maar ook een teamspeler Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (Engels is een plus) Beschikbaar 2 dagen per week Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en eventueel CRM-systemen Wat wij bieden Flexibele freelance opdracht (2 dagen per week) Professionele en collegiale werkomgeving Marktconforme vergoeding Mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken Interesse?
