1.负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计电机。 2.负责电机及产品的测试方案和性能评估。 3.负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中电机零件及与电机相关的技术问题。 4.负责协助销售部门与客户沟通产品的相关信息及设计变更。 5.负责公司有刷/无刷电机产品有关标准的修订、完善。 任职要求： 1.电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历。 2.熟悉电机工作原理，能独立进行电机结构及电磁设计。 3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks等绘图软件及Office办公软件。 4.熟悉ISO质量体系，能独立读懂英文说明书及认证测试资料，能和（境内外）客户有效沟通，解答疑问。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
