Set up customer groups, codes, and reseller information for new customers. Create and update customer data requests, ensuring the information is accurate and complies with company policies. Manage large databases across different countries and perform bulk updates to customer data. Run reports to verify that changes made in SAP are correct and compliant with procedures. Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Excel, internet tools, and computer systems. Strong English speaking and comprehension skills. Friendly and helpful when collaborating with multiple departments. Able to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in busy environments. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and continuous process improvements.
