岗位职责： 1.负责机器人&灵巧手整体结构设计、性能验证、机械问题追踪、产品迭代等任务;  2.独立设计和优化零部件，能够分析加工工艺可行性  3. 进行力学建模分析并优化； 4.负责相关的测试方案制定及工装夹治具的设计与装配;  5.协助机器人整机系统完成集成和测试，保证的整体性能符合预期;  6.自主创新部分知识产权保护文档撰写(有且不限于专利技术交底书);  7.跟踪结构方案和控制方案前沿技术提出创新性改进方案。  岗位要求：  1. 机械设计，机械制造及其自动化等相关专业，硕士以上学历； 2. 具备机器人结构设计与开发相关的工作经验，熟悉各种传动机构和关节设计原理；  3. 具备优秀的机械设计及分析能力，熟练使用一种仿真软件，实现分析计算选型和结构设计的优化；  4.具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；  5. 具备较好的英语读写能力，能够阅读与机器人技术相关的英文文献。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
