Part time position, <30 hours per week. Oversee and direct traffic in and out of facility. Ensure security compliance is met for contractors, visitors, vendors, and truck drivers entering site. Be familiar with general DOT compliance guidelines. Communicate with various departments throughout plant about incoming deliveries or outgoing pick-ups – in particular the Maintenance Materials and Chemical Storage Warehouses. Support the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator position and with time/experience be capable of covering the position in their absence. Generate and issue DOT/EHS/Quality documentation that is accurate and compliant for outgoing shipments. Be familiar with the truck scale operation and with time learn this function. Data entry in spreadsheets related to shipments and deliveries + warehouse activity. SAP data entry once trained and acquainted with the system/process. Other general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, coordination of business meals Currently a part time position that works 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule Monday - Thursday, then 7:00 AM to 11 AM on Friday. Potential to eventually transition to a full-time position. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification .
