Your expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability across our production lines. What You’ll Be Doing: • Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment. • Adjust mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Repair devices and perform OTC services as required. • Lubricate machines, components, and tools. • Prepare reports and manufacture or repair machine elements and accessories. • Ensure workplace order and cleanliness, observing safety procedures and proper PPE use. • Request budgets for services or materials and issue requisitions for approval. • Support and guide outsourced professionals during maintenance services. What We’re Looking For: • Professional course in Maintenance Mechanic or Technical Course (Senai or equivalent). • Knowledge in handling mechanical devices, motors, compressors, generators, overhead cranes. • Familiarity with PLCs, electrical basics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and injection molding machines. • Understanding of automated material feeding systems, presses, mats, and production lines. • Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement systems. Bonus Points If You Have: • NR certifications: NR 11 – Crane Operation NR 12 – Safety at Work in Machinery and Equipment NR 35 – Work at Height NR 18 – Hot Work Safety • Skills in time management, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
