Responsibilities: Prospect new customers and manage existing accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets Manage pricing, product mix, and implement cross-sell and upsell programs at existing accounts Manage the sales funnel and maintain CRM reporting on account opportunities, performance, needs, and risks Respond to customer proposal requests within assigned territory Educate customers on new product developments and application advances Track account business performance at least monthly and take corrective actions when needed Manage account conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction Leverage internal resources such as leadership, marketing, promotions, communications, newsletters, and social media to support account growth Define sales forecasts including financial and value chain projections Plan and replenish dosing equipment in collaboration with technical customer service Assist marketing with pricing policy and competitive intelligence Train and mentor junior and newly onboarded sales resources Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any related fields. Working knowledge of cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory. Sales experience in the Hospitality sector preferred Proficiency in CRM tools and sales administration technology Valid driving experience is mandatory Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, and energetic Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Office programs We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
