For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com . 🚨 We're Hiring: Logistics Analyst 📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position Job Description Logistics Invoice Team Europe (LITE) operates within two disciplines - Logistics and Finance. We receive over 20.000 invoices for logistics services that needs to be approved on correct coding and audited for charged prices. LITE offers admin support to local logistics managers, provide Financial Shared Service Center in Mexico tools to be able to process invoices in a timely and swift manner and maintains contractual agreements. It's a transparent, hectic but inspiring environment. The employees of LITE are enthusiastic, direct, convincing people with passion for their work. Main objective within LITE is to maintain and improve processes/procedures related to logistics invoices. Guided by the motto "changing the game" we want to reinvent our invoice process to deliver consistent quality and efficiency. We want to reduce the number of steps in the invoice cycle, improve supporting tools, and reduce time and costs according to the no-touch principle. Manage the Purchase Administration process for Diversey’s Logistics and Warehousing functions Create PO’s in line with budgets per provider/service Communicate PO numbers and invoicing requirements to LSPs and ensure that they are adhered Proactively resolve issues to ensure continuity of service, whilst maintaining controls Provide operational support to Accounts Payable, Logistics and Procurement functions and protect the integrity of the P2P process for Logistics Maintain the repository of contract documents and rate cards for LSPs including additions/updates Work closely with Procurement and Logistics Managers to ensure that all agreements are communicated and archived.
