What You’ll Do: As a Key Account Manager – Retail & Building Contractor Services, you will drive growth and build lasting partnerships with key customers. You’ll oversee the implementation of Diversey’s hygiene and cleaning programs, ensure top-notch service delivery, and identify opportunities to expand our solutions for long-term success. Responsibilities: Account Management & Business Development Manage and develop strategic key accounts in Retail and BSC sectors, achieving sales and service KPIs. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand product usage, introduce new solutions, and drive contract renewals. Operational & Service Excellence Ensure implementation of hygiene, cleaning, and food safety programs according to Diversey standards. Partner with the Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to address customer service requirements and resolve operational issues. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews with clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction. Business Planning & Reporting Prepare and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for assigned key accounts. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide feedback to sector leads for strategic planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, TCS, and Supply Chain to support successful account delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Customer Management. Background in Retail, Facility Management, Cleaning & Hygiene Solutions, or FMCG is highly preferred. Proven track record in driving account growth and managing long-term client relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic English communication. Willingness to travel for customer visits and site reviews.
