Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Accounts Resolution Specialist to join our onsite team. This role focuses on reviewing and resolving customer account issues, analyzing past-due balances, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining contract terms in our systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and Excel, and excels in customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Review customer accounts and aging reports to identify unpaid or incorrectly billed charges. Investigate past-due balances and resolve discrepancies with customers. Enter and maintain billing contract terms and service rates in company systems. Generate reports on account activity, billing exceptions, and resolution trends. Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure accurate and timely account management. Maintain accurate documentation of all account resolutions and communications. Provide professional, clear, and timely communication to customers regarding account status and resolution. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or related roles . Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filters, reporting). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers. Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience in service-based billing or handling complex customer accounts. Experience with multi-location accounts or contract-based billing. Work Environment: Onsite position, working closely with Billing, AR, and Customer Service teams.
