The NRWA and NDI Program Lead is responsible for ensuring a stable line-up of Non-Rig Workover Activities (NRWA) and Non-Drilling Initiatives in support of the Drilling Operations Program (DOP) under the ISS Group. The program lead is also responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end delivery of these projects are not hampered and deliver their promised value to the organization on time and according to plan. To achieve this goal, the lead employs a specific scheduling software platform, consults and collaborates with key personnel and team across the organization, updates the timelines and schedules, prepares update reports and recommends courses of actions for the ISS group. The lead also explores ways and means for the program to achieve maximum value and efficient use of resources for indiviidual projects. The NRWA and NDI Program Lead should possess high level of adeptness in the use of scheduling platforms, thorough knowledge of NRWA and NDI workflows, attention to details and conscientiousness to deliver quality and accurate work fit for the high impact and high cost projects.
