Leads the implementation of optimized mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and controls maintenance strategies in collaboration with the group Heads and other verticals for major repair services and turnaround activities, by participating in the Maintenance Planning Workshop to ensure alignment of the corporate's goals / objectives and Facility Operation’s business priorities and directions. Implements the direction and objectives of Maintenance Team, to align plans and programs with other functional groups and other stakeholders' requirements Participates in the maintenance team work programs for annual planning for the efficient delivery of site maintenance team services. Collaborates with other verticals, for the appropriateness of the maintenance program. Recommends and/or identifies improvement in the planning and execution of maintenance equipment to ensure asset management philosophy is optimized. Contributes to technical discussion among maintenance personnel during shutdown and emergency maintenance activities. Recommends revision / modification / simplification of maintenance related standard operating procedures and processes based on identified gaps. Leads in the implementation of corrective/mitigating plans/action items on maintenance-related activities through close collaboration with reliability and operations. General Responsibilities ▪ Executes health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company; ▪ Practices APCS behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company; ▪ Implements and complies with company rules and policies; and ▪ Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
