Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team! Lead the development of a known well drilling project from conceptualization to approval. Organize a multi-disciplinary project develoment team to work-up project to a state of execution readiness. Provide overall management until post-drilling well cut-in. Support well drilling execution. Planning: Proposes well targets and prepares well design options and geological prognoses. Collaborates with relevant groups to accomplish a commercially viable well, with an optimum drilling program based on sound geological assessments, using available geoscientific information. Ensures readiness of all civil works-related activities prior to pad acceptance. Implementation: Oversees and manages the wellsitting side of the drilling operations; provides a comprehensive technical assessment, and recommends, together with the Wellsite Geologist (WSG), on the daily drilling operations of all EDC operating fields, both local and international. Ensures utlization of updated 3D geological model in well design preparations.
