Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team! The Production Shift Lead is responsible for leading the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the FCRS and power plant facilities. He ensures that it is performed in accordance to established standard operation procedure and company's HSE standards to attain operational goals. He coordinates with the plant maintenance for the timely performance of predictive, preventive and corrective tasks and in a manner consistent with the established procedures. He analyzes operations data and reports immediate concerns to superiors. He makes sure that routine operation tasks are performed as scheduled.
