Management of Work Processes and Administrative Requirement ● Ensure the timely request, issuance and processing of the various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO’s. ● Monitor, and review budget making sure proper IO allocation on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services, Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements and Accommodation for CMG personnel. ● Ensure timely procurement, transport and deliveries of goods, materials, tools, logistics and services needed for PMS, Repair and RTS activities; ● Monitors progress of PMS, Repair and RTS activities and collate relevant data and information for purposes of creating a post outage reports (POR); ● Secure Vendor’s Activity and Service Completion Reports in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field Services and Facility Maintenance,to be incorporated in the POR as appendices; ● Prepares, and submission of Central Maintenance Group yearly budget; ● Preparation of Central Maintenance’s budget monthly forecast; ● Submission of the draft POR’s one week after each and every outages may it be planned, unplanned, or RTS. ▪ Executes health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company; ▪ Practices recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company; ▪ Implements and complies with company rules and policies; and Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
