The Electrical and Instrumentation ( E&I ) Field Services Technologist shall be responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance shutdowns (PMS) and return to service (RTS) of forced outages involving Power Train’s equipment such as generator, transformer, AVR and other electrical and  control & instrumentation system. He/she shall collaborate with other CMG teams, Facility O&M and other stake holders in planning for the work execution and in the actual execution within the optimized schedule, or in case of forced outages, the quickest RTS, making sure that the following criteria are met:  Efficiency, productivity and speed of maintenance execution Optimization of cost, logistics and resources Highest Quality workmanship during PMS, Repair and RTS activities Reliability of equipment after PMS, Repair or RTS activities Achieve planned outage factor (POF) and unplanned outage factor (UOF) Achieve GWH and Revenue targets The E&I Field Services technologist shall perform hands on work related to the Power Train Electrical and Instrumentation work, prepare the necessary tooling, lead contractor support manpower, perform trouble-shooting, etc, during scheduled PMS or RTS. In addition, t he CM E&I Field Services Technologist shall : submit timely daily progress reports for PMS or RTS activities, strictly practice company EHS policies and practices, APC, CI and Agile work culture, and submit timely yearly PACE and coordinate with the CM E&I Field Services Head regarding his/her training needs.
