Implements CSR Banner Programs in a timely and orderly manner in coordination with CSR HO, other Site CSR Teams and other external stakeholders to promote sustainable development, address negative social impacts and perceptions, as well as to enhance positive impacts and programs. Collaborates with different agencies, local government units, non-government organizations, educational, business and financial institutions, and community organizations to establish institutional arrangements, to expand needed resources, and to maintain harmonious relations. Gathers and processes monitoring and evaluation data and proposes recommendations to continuously improve the development and implementation of the CSR projects in relation to key result areas and target objectives. Organizes details of social requirements of financial/regulatory institutions through conduct of IEC, promotion of the brand, social preparations and community consultations, and securing of endorsements or permits to ensure legal compliance and to address social impacts of the project.
