The role is accountable for the overall availability, performance and integrity of data management systems covering master and reference data management, business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, and data science.  The role owner is responsible for managing the data support services to ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met or exceeded.  The Data Operations Lead shall establish and maintain data management processes and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: I TIL certification is a plus Customer service oriented Experience supporting applications and management of data E xperience with contract and vendor negotiations Excellent stakeholder management skills. High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years o f experience in Data / IT Service Management
