All the while, we’ll provide you with opportunities to keep advancing your career.     A caregiver in this position works days from 6:30AM – 3:00PM or 7:00AM – 3:30PM, with on- call requirements.     A caregiver who excels in this role will:    Regularly inspect, diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems.    Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration/air conditioning systems and other equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, medical and process chillers, cooling equipment, cryogenic freezers and rooftop heating/cooling units.    Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic controls, solid state microprocessors and system alarms.    Repair refrigerant leaks and evacuate and adjust refrigerant charges.      Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:    High S chool D iploma or GED   State of Ohio EPA approved certificate for either Type I AND Type II OR Universal Refrigerant Systems Service    Three years of experience as a commercial/residential air conditioning refrigeration technician. Military experience as a Machinists Mate, Utilities man, Utilities Equipment Repairer or a similar role will be considered    Formal vocational classroom study in refrigeration, air conditioning and/or air handling may substitute up to one year of experience    Ability to read electric schematic diagrams      Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   Completion of a formal HVAC/Refrigeration training program   Work experience in a hospital setting     Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
