Job Summary: The Corporate Citizenship Intern will be a critical part of the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability department, reporting to the Manager, Corporate Citizenship. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Global Partners’ corporate citizenship team and assisting with signature fundraising events. We offer a flexible work environment. Job Description: YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT Organizes and executes fundraising opportunities and events for company and company-led foundation (including golf and fishing tournaments) Implement, track, and follow up on all giving campaigns, and other charitable department initiatives. Make calls and schedule visits with potential and current donors to nurture their interest. Coordinate the timely dispatch of acknowledgement letters for financial and in-kind donations. Oversees gift acceptance. Coordinates monthly reporting and financial recording. Maintain and further develop relationships with donors. Additional Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel. Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting expected deadlines. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment. Highly motivated and energetic. Strong work ethic and tenacity. Must have a high school diploma and be enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s degree. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
