Job Summary: The Merchandising Team Internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on Merchandise Planning & Analysis experience while working side by side with professionals from all levels in our Waltham, MA office. In this role you will work with the merchandising team to review and refine the promotional strategy in-store by reporting and analyzing promotion performance and key metrics. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office. Field visits to stores may be needed to check promotion execution. Job Description: YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT Assist the merchandise team in execution of promotions at the store level Use Tableau to retrieve and analyze promotional sales data Create or update reporting to share promotional sales and key metric performance with business stakeholders Ad-hoc reporting as required Additional Job Description: Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Concatenate are some skills you will use during your internship. Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships. Pay Range: $16.03 - $20.46 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
