📌   Responsabilidades principales: Impartir programas de formación y capacitación continua para conductores (seguridad, técnicas de manejo, normativas, etc.). Realizar viajes de supervisión en carretera para evaluar desempeño, seguridad y rendimiento de unidades. Analizar causas de incidentes y proponer acciones preventivas. Elaborar reportes mensuales con hallazgos, capacitaciones e inquietudes detectadas. Ser un soporte clave para operadores y trabajar de la mano con la administración de la terminal. Formar operadores de patio, sencillo y full. ✅   Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de   5 años como operador de Full   (deseable experiencia en manejo de residuos peligrosos). Licencia Federal tipo E (deseable). Certificación SCT y STPS (opcional). Habilidad para hablar en público y transmitir conocimientos. Enfoque en resultados, KPIs, seguridad y rendimiento. Conocimientos administrativos (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Actitud proactiva, ética, responsable y con vocación de servicio. Disponibilidad para viajes y acompañamientos (24/7).
