Objetivo del puesto:  El objetivo de la posición es desarrollar y mejorar las habilidades y conocimientos de los colaboradores de Clarios, a través de la planificación, implementación y evaluación de programas de inducción, capacitación y certificación efectivos. Debe ademas soportar el cumplimiento de contenidos y requerimientos legales, del cliente y del negocio relacionados con temas de formación (auditorías - Sa 800, IATF, OSHA, entre otros). Escolaridad: Licenciaturas en: Admón. de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales, Psicología Desarrollo Organizacional, Ing. Gestión Empresarial,  Ing. Industrial. Experiencia profesional: Capacitación, Desarrollo Organizacional, Administración (por al menos 2 años - incluyendo prácticas profesionales) Conocimientos específicos: Requisitos legales en materia de capacitación, Requisitos aplicables a clientes de armadoras, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Procesos de detección y análisis de necesidades de capacitación, Administración, Manejo de personal deseable. Ingles : Intermedio /Conversacional Funciones: Desplegar el plan de capacitación Global/Regional, de acuerdo con las necesidades de formación del área/planta, trabajando de la mano con el comité de Capacitación para proponer mejoras oportunas. Igualmente, es responsable de supervisar e informar el progreso de la capacitación (reporteo/medición), fungiendo como un apoyo directo para el equipo de Talent Management, para temas de administración de Workday y de desarrollo (DNCs, ciclos de talento, etc).                                                                                                                                            Ejecutar, administrar y dar seguimiento al proceso de certificación de operaciones (transferencia de conocimiento), asegurando el cumplimiento con el procedimientos internos:  PSMX-HTR-PR-08-SA: Certificación De Operadores                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de inducción del personal administrativo y operativo de nuevo ingreso para garantizar la correcta integración a la organización. Analizando y proponiendo mejoras al mismo de forma anual.                                                            Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los entrenamientos internos establecidas por la secretaría del trabajo,  cumpliendo con las DC1,  DC2, DC3 y DC4 como evidencia para todo colaborador del sitio.                                                                                                                                                               Formador/instructor en aula según se requiera para entrenamientos y capacitaciones  requeridas por la organización.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Asesor confiable para las diferentes áreas especializadas, apoyando el diagnóstico de sus desafíos específicos de negocio, organizacionales y de aprendizaje, proponiendo planes de entrenamiento y capacitación adecuados.                                                                                                                                                                      Liderear  la comisión mixta de capacitación, así como el cumplimiento de las juntas requeridas y establecidas por la ley.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Actualización del catálogo de cursos de proveedores externos y desarrollando a los mismos, garantizando su competencia en materia de capacitación.  Y verificar las competencias y creedenciales de los mismos.                                                                                                                                                                    Actualización de manuales de capacitación, según cambios que pudieran darse en temas de maquinarias, tecnologías, equipos del sitio, etc.                                                                                                                                                                Constuir y validar el desarrollo integral de instructores internos para la impartición satisfactoria de cursos a colaboradores (upskilling - reskilling).                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Líderear auditorías internas/externas que nos garantizen el cumplimiento de los parámetros legales/satisfacción del cliente - (ejemplo: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Supervisa y/o administra presupuesto interno para entrenaminentos.                                                                                                                                        Trato con proveedores y desarrollo de los mismos.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Coordinación y apoyo a eventos institucionales.                                                                          Supervisión, liderazgo y evaluación de figura de entrenamiento (champion / entrenador)                      About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
