Position: Maintenance Technician – Full Time! Location: San Antonio, TX Pay: Starting at $31.51/hr. with wage progression every 6 months for 2 years Bonus: Potential to earn a 5% bonus based on the overall performance of the plant! Shifts: 2/2/3 schedule with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off! Night Shift – 6:30pm to 7am Benefits: Benefits Start 1st Day of Employment Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and plant utility equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations Install, relocate, and modify equipment including electrical, gas, water, and air hookups Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Fabricate and repair tools, fixtures, and guards as needed using shop equipment (lathe, mill, welder, grinder, etc.) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and work orders Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO and PPE use Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge. Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but is not a requirement. The site charges, packages, and ships batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
