Objective Development and implementation of digitalization projects across plants in collaboration with technical teams to improve strategic indicators. The Role As a Digitalization Intern, you will support the deployment of digital solutions in manufacturing environments. Your work will focus on improving operational visibility, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making in alignment with business strategies. Key Responsibilities Deploy and participate in digitalization and data analytics projects. Identify improvement opportunities using data insights. Program PLCs and HMI panels based on project requirements. Implement and replicate digitalization solutions across plants. Contribute to projects aligned with business strategies. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operational excellence teams. Support the definition and standardization of digital project frameworks. Actively participate in DMS meetings with operations teams. Work with external vendors and internal teams on software development. Improve visualization of operational opportunities across production lines. Expected Outcomes ANDON System : Visual communication for production line issues. Auto Escalation : Automated task escalation and reminders to the right stakeholders. Real-Time Process Visibility : Monitoring and tracking of plant-level activities. PLC Traceability & AI Chatbot : Guided interaction to identify root causes of failures.
