he Role As an intern in the Industrial Engineering area, you will support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes that enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing technologies. Your main project focuses on developing and deploying the annual cycle time update process, which is essential to maintaining accurate OEE calculations and enabling data‑driven opportunity identification in Clarios plants. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Implement and maintain the annual cycle time update process for each manufacturing technology. Analyze data from BI and Historian to generate optimized datasets for demonstrated cycle time calculations (using statistical modes or means). Develop visualizations that enable plant engineering teams to perform effective gap analysis. Produce monthly reporting on cycle time performance and OEE‑related indicators. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and operations areas to ensure data reliability and alignment on improvement opportunities. What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship period, you will have: A fully deployed and standardized annual cycle time update process. Reliable datasets that improve the accuracy of demonstrated cycle calculations across technologies. Visual dashboards enabling engineering teams to identify gaps and prioritize actions. Monthly reports consistently delivered with clear insights for decision‑making. Preferred Skills: Data analytics and statistical thinking Knowledge of BI architecture and data visualization tools Experience with Python for data processing or automation Comfort working with databases, datasets, and engineering documentation Intermediate English proficiency Work Model & Travel On‑site at MBC.
