The Role As a Marketing Intern in the Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) Analytics team, you will support the generation, analysis, and delivery of insights that empower both internal teams and clients to make timely, data‑driven decisions. Your work will directly strengthen customer experience across service centers, home‑service operations, and consumer‑facing touchpoints. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas in D2C channels. Share insights with internal stakeholders (Service Centers, Home Service, Analytics & Insights D2C) and external clients to support decision‑making. Support the update and documentation of Service Center processes following CX (Customer Experience) methodologies. Create dashboards, reports, or summaries that enhance transparency and enable faster responses to customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on customer‑centric initiatives and service‑quality improvements. What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you will have: Delivered insights that help reduce response times and improve customer experience. Enabled internal teams and clients with clear, timely, and actionable data. Contributed to updated and standardized process maps aligned with CX best practices. Supported improvements in service level performance and customer‑centric behaviors. Strengthened consistency in how consumer insights are leveraged across D2C operations. Core Competencies Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail Ability to translate data into clear insights for non‑technical audiences Strong communication and collaboration skills across service and commercial teams Curiosity, empathy, and customer‑centered thinking Organization and independence when working with multiple stakeholders What You Bring (Qualifications) Applicable Backgrounds: Students in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields with interest in customer experience or consumer insights. Preferred Skills: Data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, BI tools, or similar) Interest in Customer Experience methodologies and service design Ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams Work Model & Travel On‑site No travel required Our Commitment to You You will be part of a key initiative that enhances customer experience across Clarios D2C channels.
