Deine Aufgaben: Bedienen und Steuern der Herstellanlagen Erfüllung der termin-, mengen und qualitätsmäßigen Produktionsvorgaben Qualitätskontrollen Eigenständige Be- und Verarbeitung der angelieferten Rohware nach den betrieblichen Produktionsanforderungen Durchführung von Prozessanalysen Durchführung von Maßnahmen der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesseffizienz Vermeidung von Verlusten Reinigungsarbeiten Das solltest Du mitbringen: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Molkereifachkraft oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist wünschenswert Auch ein Quereinstieg ist möglich Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sind von Vorteil Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen Du bist belastbar und der Einsatz im 6/2 Rhythmus (Früh --, Spät und Nachtschicht im Wechsel) sowie regelmäßige Wochenendarbeit stellen für Dich kein Problem dar Du hast ein hohes Sicherheits- und Hygienebewusstsein Du arbeitest zuverlässig und bist teamfähig Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Deine Vorteile: Vorteile eines tarifgebundenen Unternehmens Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (u.a.
