Du stellst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Verlusteliminierung an den Produktionslinien sicher basierend auf Verlust- und Ursachenanalyse, PDCA Methodologie und Anwendung und Schulung von TPM/Six Sigma Werkzeugen. Du unterstützt den Kulturwandel und IL6S-Fortschritt an den Linien, förderst Digitalisierung und Arbeitserleichterung sowie identifizierst und leitest Produktivitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekte. Dein Beitrag Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung und Leitung oder Unterstützung von Produktivitäts- und Verbesserungs-Projekten an den Produktionslinien inklusive Verwaltung des Verbesserungsbudgets. Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse/Produktionsdaten/Kennzahlen und Identifikation von Schwachstellen, Engpässen und Verschwendung nach Lean. Durchführung und Unterstützung von RCAs (Ursachenanalysen) und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen inklusive Verwendung des PDCA Zyklus (Plan Do Check Adjust). Förderung einer starken Verbesserungskultur inklusive DMS (Daily Management System). Anwendung, Schulung und Coaching von Lean-Methoden (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, OPL, DMS, Workloadanalyse, autonome und präventive Instandhaltung, technischer Wissenstransfer an Bediener, CBM usw.) zur Prozessverbesserung, Kostenreduktion, Eliminierung von Verlusten und Reduktion der Arbeitsbelastung. Förderung von Digitalisierung und des IL6S Fortschrittes an den Linien inklusive autonomer Teams. Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurs-Studium z.B. im Fachgebiet Lebensmitteltechnologie, Maschinenbau, Programmierung Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Digitalisierungswerkzeuge wie Power BI/Access-Datenbanken/Programmierung sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung > 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Systemen der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und TPM/Six Sigma/Lean Kostenbewusstes Handeln, Streben nach ständiger Verbesserung, selbstständiges Arbeiten Hohe Vermittlungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke in Teamgesprächen zu Aktivitäten für kontinuierliche Verbesserung Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich: Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für NuG – Süßwarenindustrie für Angestellte”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 64.000-- pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit.
