How you will contribute You will: Work closely with other colleagues within Talent to design and implement specific programs & interventions which enable the development of a strong internal succession pipeline with particularly focus on high potential talent Continuously identify and supports the right interventions to grow and nurture future leaders within MDLZ (high potential talent), through learning, career opportunities and mobility Create a framework for and develops tools needed to create right vehicles for targeted experiences Define a clear, integrated approach to link assignments to strategic bench development and career planning including oversight and tracking of the progress of international assignees working closely with global mobility on strategy, policy and frameworks Partner and manage the relationship with key vendors Review effectiveness of existing programs and stays apace of market changes to address continuous improvement` What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Seasoned HR professional with experience of working across multiple HR disciplines Previous experience in talent and career development design ideally in a large matrixed international organization Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends .
