How you will contribute You will: Ensure that investments align with business strategy and priorities Implement portfolio programs and projects Lead the direction for process and tools Oversee the overall portfolio Provide guidance and oversight for program and project managers delivering portfolio activities What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Extensive experience in portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organization Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment Ability to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communication Experience in financial, organizational, risk and change management More about this role Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree Advanced English is required Job specific requirements: At least 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Deployment Manager or similar roles. Strong experience in SAP system implementation projects with S4Hana, participating in the deployment, testing, and cutover stages. Familiarized with agile methodologies Experience in risk management and vendor management Good skills of communication with multicultural teams on large projects involving different regions in LATAM Knowledge in tools such as Jira, MS project and Power BI.
