Du trägst die Verantwortung dafür, dass Materialverfügbarkeit, Produktionspläne und Qualitätsstandards Hand in Hand gehen. Du analysierst Abweichungen (z. B. über DMS, DDS oder RCA) und entwickelst konkrete Maßnahmen für nachhaltige Lösungen. Du lebst ein Arbeitsumfeld mit, in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt – und forderst das auch aktiv ein. Das bringst du mit – deine Zutaten zum Erfolg: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittel- oder technischen Bereich (z.B. als Süßwarentechnolog:in, Maschinenführer:in, Bäcker:in o.Ä.) Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Koordination von Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, Abläufe sinnvoll zu strukturieren Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfreude und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (3–5 Schichten inkl. Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit) Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil Interesse an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und sicherer Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools Ein aufgeschlossener Kommunikationsstil, ergänzt durch fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1+) Klingt nach dir?
