Job Description 【职位描述】 1.完成月度/年度销售指标； 2.按公司重要策略及渠道特性制定详细的年度月度计划； 3.管理渠道客户，保持良好的沟通合作，建立健康稳定的生意发展； 4.控制相关销售费用：合理使用分配费用， 优化投入产出比。 5.管理协调区域销售队伍，包括各类指标分解、资源分配、团队激励及培养等； 6.完成上级下达的其它任务，定期反馈信息及数据统计，形成定期报告；定期回顾分析生意状况，处理各种紧急突发问题。 【任职要求】 1.大专及以上学历， 3年以上快速消费品市场有新零售管理经验，有特殊渠道管理或O2O（闪电仓）经验优先； 2.具备良好的office技能和数据分析能力，对市场反馈的数据有极强的敏感度及逻辑推测能力 ，并形成行动计划方案； 3.备良好的内外部沟通能力，对各部门及客户始终能够按数据推测施加影响力； 4.具备一定的市场分析及判断能力和良好的执行力； 5.有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。 其它职位信息 关于此职位，您需要了解： 您还将带来什么额外价值： 教育背景/资历证书： 工作制定要求： 差旅要求： 工作安排： No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
