Als Area Leader (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für deine zugeordnete(n) Linie(n). Du sorgst dafür, dass der Anlagenbetrieb sicher, planmäßig und effizient läuft. Deine Aufgaben – das bringst du in Bewegung: Du bist für die Unfallprävention zuständig (ASI) und erstellst Unfallanalysen, um auf 0 Unfälle hinzuarbeiten – gemeinsam sind wir sicher Du erreichst in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Linienpersonal die definierten KPIs in deinem Bereich (Sicherheit, Qualität, Ausbringung) Du stellst sicher, dass die vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden (GMP, HACCP, ISO) – sicher und qualitätsbewusst Du gibst Orientierung im Alltag, indem du den Status quo permanent in Frage stellst und Produktionsabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Linienpersonal kontinuierlich verbesserst – Kommunikation ist deine Stärke Du entwickelst strategische Pläne für deinen Verantwortungsbereich und sorgst dafür, dass Anlagendokumentationen immer auf dem neuesten Stand sind Du lebst unsere IL6S-Philosophie vor, indem du u.a. Schwachstellen minimierst, erlernte IL6S-Methoden und Instrumente weitergibst und andere anregst, bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Werk mitzuwirken Du unterstützt und machst bei Projekten mit (z.B. fachliche Einschätzung zum Einfluss auf die Anlagen, produktionsseitige Organisation von Werksversuchen, Organisation von Start-Up Prozessen bei Produkteinführungen bzw. Investitionsprojekten) Das bringst du mit – deine Zutaten zum Erfolg: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittel- oder technischen Bereich (z.B. als Süßwarentechnolog/in, Maschinenführer/in, Bäcker/in o.Ä. oder eine vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung) 3+ Jahre Produktionserfahrung in der Gestaltung des operativen Geschäfts in den Anlagen Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung als Führungskraft in einer Matrix-Organisation Durchsetzungsvermögen: Du bist motiviert, Ideen umzusetzen und die Produktion aufs nächste Level zu bringen Einen aufgeschlossenen Kommunikationsstil, ergänzt durch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Interesse an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und sicherer Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools: Du bringst idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Green Belt mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfreude und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative IT-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS-Office und weitere gängige PC-Programme) Klingt nach dir?
