In dieser Position unterstützt Du Produkt- und Prozessentwickler im Bereich der Herstellungsprozesse für Milchprodukte und Schmelzkäse. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört es, Experimente zu planen und durchzuführen, ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die Analyse der Ergebnisse anzuwenden. Du arbeitest innerhalb eines lokalen Technikums für die Forschung und Entwicklung mit kulturellen und technisch unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitergruppen. Dein Beitrag Durchführung von Versuchen in der Pilotanlage, um die Neuentwicklung von Formeln zu testen Erfassen und Messen der Versuchsergebnisse Bedienen von Anlagen und Geräten zur Lebensmittelherstellung Unterstützung bei Werksversuchen Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten unserer Pilotanlagen Sicherstellen von einheitlichen Arbeitsmethoden, technische Präzision und einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen hinsichtlich von Prozessen und Einstellung von Maschinen Erstellung von Sicherheitsdatenblättern und Hygienerichtlinien Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder Milchwirtschaftliche/r Laborant/in oder vergleichbar mit abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion von entscheidendem Vorteil Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise bei Betreuung durch erfahrene Teamkollegen Proaktive Vorgehensweise bei der Problemsuche und Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung/-umsetzung Technisches Wissen zu Laborgeräten und Inhaltsstoffen zur Unterstützung der Pilotanlagen- und/oder Labortätigkeiten Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Präzise Aufzeichnung und Meldung von Daten und Testergebnissen Gutes technisches Verständnis und Problemlösefähigkeit Hohes Verantwortungs-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein Erfahrung mit Betrieb/Wartung von Labor-/Werksanlagen von entscheidendem Vorteil Organisationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen Relocation Support Available?
