You will manage larger or more complex treasury projects, which may include banking operations, short-term borrowing and investments, cross-currency funds flow, FX hedging strategy and execution, cash flow measurement and forecasting, intercompany funding activities, and/or treasury controlling and reporting or treasury projects. You will proactively analyze, design and support implementation of technology solutions that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Treasury Processes. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate your highly developed leadership skills and may supervise others. You will be responsible for accuracy in execution according to established processes and policies. In addition, you will provide functional or regional insights and support on global treasury developments and projects. How you will contribute You will: Manage our global and regional treasury projects which may include banking operations, short-term borrowings/investments, cross currency funds flow, FX hedging execution, intercompany funding activities, cash management, and/or treasury reporting Proactively analyze, design and support implementation of technology solutions that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Treasury Processes Drive a strong controls and compliance environment in Treasury. You will ensure our treasury policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place Lead and participate in Treasury initiatives Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Treasury team Contribute to a high-performing Treasury team adhering to best practices. You will also develop talent across Treasury and support our Finance talent agenda within the region or function What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in SAP treasury including cash management, foreign exchange risk management, liquidity management and/or treasury controlling and reporting activities. BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business and finance beyond treasury scope. Relevant experience in a large global corporation. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Solid User Experience with ERP systems such as S4HANA Treasury Management and SAP ECC. Experience with other tools and solutions like SAC, Google Cloud, Tableau and similar is advantage. LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering and communication skills across a large global, public company; experience of working as a finance leader managing global, cross-functional and business partner teams to drive treasury optimization. Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives preferred and project management skills required GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify strategic or tactical opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development.
