That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down. How you will contribute You will: Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards` What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Experience in Environmental Health and Safety Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO Êtes-vous prêt à faire bouger les lignes chez Mondelēz International ? Les programmes HSE seront correctement implémentés et répondront aux normes et réglementations en vigueur dans l'usine. Votre rôle consistera à assurer la maintenance des installations, l'application des réglementations et procédures HSE, l'évaluation des risques, la réduction des accidents liés aux conditions dangereuses, et la diminution de la consommation énergétique et des gaspillages. Vos missions : - Assister et diriger la transformation de la culture HSE pour aider l'usine à atteindre les objectifs « zéro accident » et « zéro incident ». - Coordonner et superviser l'implémentation de tous les programmes et processus de santé et de sécurité. - Participer aux investigations pour faciliter la résolution des non-conformités identifiées. - Fournir une expertise en matière de santé et de sécurité pour tous les nouveaux projets et activités de gestion du changement. - Suivre les cas de non-conformité et développer les systèmes en appliquant une analyse des causes racines. - Maintenir un système de déclaration d'incidents à jour, participer aux investigations sur les incidents avec l'équipe HSE et le comité de Sécurité, et piloter les actions correctives pour éliminer les causes racines. - Développer les programmes de conseils techniques afin d'identifier et de supprimer les dangers physiques. Profil et compétences : Vous êtes ambitieux, désireux d'évoluer et de faire progresser votre carrière. Vous possédez l'expérience et les connaissances suivantes : - Expérience significative en matière de santé et sécurité au travail. - Certification de Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 2. - Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes de tous niveaux. - Connaissance des réglementations HSE et des rapports de conformité. Une expérience avec les normes ISO est un atout. - Une connaissance pratique de l'anglais est un plus. Relocation Support Available?
