We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Manufacturing - Production Execution for AMEA to lead business units as they implement O9 planning and SAP S4HANA systems. As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core. As a Manufacturing - Production Execution lead, you will drive Manufacturing- Production execution system transformation for the project across business units in AMEA, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained. You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution. How you will contribute You will: Act as a Manufacturing - Production Execution lead and be accountable for business transformation for a function and group of markets. Work with leaders and users to identify the gap in their current processes compare to global template of S4 -HANA for their BUs. Identify the KDDs in Manufacturing- Production execution. Emphasis the fitment of global template for the AMEA region. Support the business in test strategy/execution in various test phases. Review and approve the functional specifications made by project teams. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in : 10+ years’ experience managing Manufacturing- Production Execution initiatives in a global corporate environment. Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management. Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in S4 HANA Manufacturing domain. Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools. A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Experience in S4 Hana implementations highly preferred. Experience in Manufacturing execution and various external labelling preferred. Experience in SAP Quality integration with Manufacturing process knowledge is highly preferred as well.
