Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?   Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Possible.     You will execute warehouse   / transportation   operations in term s   of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food   defense , sustainability, legal   requirements   and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party   logistics  vendors) business partners to ensure effective management,   timely   solutions   and execution.    How you will contribute   You will:   Management Capacities Balancing - analyze and verify capacity   utilization . Manage peak periods effectively.   Transport Management - collaborate with transportation providers and   MDLZ Load Control Centre ( LCC )   to ensure punctual and efficient inbound and   complete delivery to MDLZ customers . Monitor transportation activities.   Quality – own Track and Trace / Hold Release processes. Ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines. Oversee shelf-life monitoring and management.   Continuous Improvement & Innovation   –   drive   d igitization ,   automation   and   p rocess   i mprovement .   Support   local and regional p rojects .   C ontinuously   seek   and   identify   opportunities to enhance productivity.   Initiate and deliver   continuous improvement projects.   KPI   -   drive performance through KPI monitoring and data-driven corrective actions .    Budget - b uild and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget),   risks   and opportunities .
