Mach’s zu deinem Moment In dieser Position bist Du Leiter/in (m/w/d) des mikrobiologischen und analytischen Labors. Dein Beitrag Du bist Hauptansprechpartner/in des Regierungspräsidiums für mikrobiologische Pathogenlabore und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse eingehalten und auf dem neuesten Stand sind (interne Anforderungen aus der Qualitätspolitik sowie externe Anforderungen aus der Gesetzgebung). Du unterstützt die Umsetzung lokaler und regionaler Qualitätsstrategien, identifizierst, berichtest, überwachst und leitest Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit Qualitäts-KPIs in Verbindung mit dem Analyselabor und dem mikrobiologischen Labor und arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden internen und externen Geschäftspartnern zusammen (R&D, Beschaffung, Lieferantenqualität, Unternehmensqualität), um unserer Qualitätsagenda gerecht zu werden. Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: Du leitest eine 8-Köpfiges Laborteam Du bist verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung der Lebensmittelsicherheit der hergestellten Produkte durch mikrobiologische und analytische Analysen bestehender oder neuer Rohstoffe, Halbfertig- und Fertigprodukte sowie Prozess- und Umweltkontrollen. Du betreibst Qualitätsmanagement der Angelieferte Rohstoffen und Halbfertigprodukte, du kommunizierst mit Corporate Funktionen wie Procurement oder Supplier Quality und du leitest Root Cause Anlyses wen notwendig. Du bist für Kontrolle und Inspektion von Mess- und Prüfgeräten Verantwortlich Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur Qualität Pillar und Unterstützung von Consumer Inspired Quality -Initiativen und bist für IQS-system Verantwortlich (Administrator). Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Aktuelle oder ehemalige Betriebserlaubnis für die Leitung eines Pathogenlabors gemäß. Infektionsschutzgesetz IFSG ( §§44 u. 47) Abgeschlossenes Studium der Human-, Zahn-, oder Veterinärmedizin, der Pharmazie inklusive Mikrobiologische Inhalte oder Abschluss eines naturwissenschaftlichen Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsstudiums mit mikrobiologischen Inhalten Mindestens dreijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit mit Krankheitserregern unter Aufsicht einer Person, die im Besitz der Erlaubnis zum Arbeiten mit Krankheitserregern ist. (bei entsprechender bestehender mikrobiologischer Vorerfahrung (nachweislich mind 1Jahr) können Teile dieser noch erforderlichen Arbeitszeit im Rahmen der Einarbeitung in unserem Hause erbracht werden.) Fortgeschrittene HACCP- und GMP-basierte Lebensmittelsicherheitskompetenz Fähigkeit, Linienteams zu schulen, zu engagieren und unterschiedliche Teams zu coachen Kenntnisse in Statistische Auswertungen (SPC, iQS, MSA, MiniTab) und Analysemethoden (RCA) Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung in Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsaudits und -verfahren Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere und unterschiedliche Interessengruppen zu verwalten und zu beeinflussen Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse Relocation Support Available?
